Anupamaa fame Anagha Bhosale shares a video of her singing bhajan at Iskcon temple
In March this year, Anupamaa fame Anagha Bhosale announced quitting acting to follow her spiritual journey. She mentioned that she realised that the industry is filled with "hypocrisy, politics, unhealthy competition, the race to look good and constant pressure to post on social media" and these things didn't go with her thought process. Anagha is currently living in Govardhan Ecovillage – Iskcon and often shares glimpses of her spiritual journey with fans. Recently, she shared a video of her singing a Bhajan at the temple and she looked submerged in Lord Krishna’s divine power.
The former actress posted a video on her Instagram handle and also explained the meaning of the Bhajan. Anagha wrote, “The lyrics of this bhajan is so beautiful…It says everything / my destiny can change for good just by the dust of your lotus feet my Krishna, ……All I desire to leave my body seeing you in front of me,in your remembrance,in krishna consciousness, then my birth is a success #jaigurudev @govardhan_ecovillage.” Fans and netizens showered immense love on the post and lauded Bhosale. Earlier, she had posted a video where she showed how she spends her time at Ecovillage. Anagha was seen sweeping the floor of Lord Krishna's room and washing utensils. Needless to say, she has dedicated her life to Lord Krishna.
For the unversed, Anagha Bhosale played the role of Nandini in Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupamaa. Her character was in love with Anu’s son Samar Shah and both were facing issues in their relationship when Anagha’s character came to an end. She has also appeared in Star Plus’s show ‘Dadi Amma... Dadi Amma Maan Jaao.’
